In the FPS game of AVA, each clan has specific Squads. Arranged By the Clan's staff, and its Leader, to maximize their overall performance,

thus leading to a more effective clan. Clan Leader's/Staff observe each member carefully during their game play of Annihilation maps or Demolition to identify their Abilities/Talents/Style of Play.

Later On they conclude the players play style with either Rusher/Camper/Back-Up Every Proper Clan has once in it's lifetime Gone through such Procedure and finalized their Squads. Mass Recruiting has never been a Qualitative quality of recruiters

.... thus the slow Steps at recruiting each member is necessary.
